Andrew is the Vice President of Operational Strategy & Modernization at KWM Consulting, where he works with organizations to modernize how they communicate, operate, and make decisions.

Over the past two decades, Andrew has operated in high-stakes leadership environments, supporting the election of Prime Ministers, Premiers, Members of Parliament, party leaders, and mayors. His work consistently focused on leveraging data, technology, and unconventional tools to maximize communication impact and stakeholder engagement.

In 2010, he introduced telephone town hall technology to Canada — a platform that has since been widely adopted across politics and industry. Throughout his career, he has been drawn to identifying underused tools, assessing their practical value, and integrating them into structured engagement and operational systems.

Today, Andrew applies the same disciplined approach — assess, plan, implement, measure, refine — to help organizations strengthen their internal processes and external communications. His work includes automation and AI implementation, but always as part of a broader systems strategy focused on measurable efficiency, clarity, and sustainable growth rather than trend-driven transformation.
Andrew studied Business Management at Humber College and continues to build across industries, guided by a belief that better systems create better outcomes.
