Recent legislative changes, at both the federal and provincial levels, now require that appropriate investigations occur where employees complain to management about harassment and/or sexual harassment that is alleged to have occurred in the workplace. Our team includes a member who is certified to conduct such investigations when business owners or managers require an arm’s length investigator to become involved in such processes.
